Windella Farm gift vouchers are provided in electronic form & do not have an expiry date. At checkout you can select for the gift voucher to be sent either to yourself or a designated recipient. The recipient will receive a gift voucher code for redemption.
Our Products
All of our products are designed, formulated & hand made on our farm. Our soaps are made using the traditional cold process method. We cut our bars by hand which means that sizes may vary slightly however our bars generally weight between 100-120g & are long lasting. As our products are genuinely hand made in small batches, each soap is unique in it's size, colour, pattern & appearance, so they will vary slightly to the images shown. This is the beauty of unique, handmade products.
Our balms & salves are all natural & carefully formulated out of quality oils & butters. In extreme heat they are subject to melt however they will re-solidify & be perfectly fine to use again. Please store all balms below 30 degrees.
Delivery
Orders are usually posted the next business day, however farm commitments may occasionally mean orders are posted within 72 hours.
As we are located in a regional area, delivery times via Australia Post are slower than in metro areas. If your order is urgent or for a birthday, Christmas etc. we recommend choosing the Express Post option at checkout.
