/Today the Weekly Times Shine Awards winners were announced & while I didn't take home the title, it was such an honour to be named a finalist in the Dedication category. There was such an inspirational range of rural women who demonstrate the talent, determination & tenacity of women in the bush. I would like to congratulate all of the nominees, finalists & winners of these awards & thank them for raising the profile of what can be achieved with a bit of country spirit.
